We use our research expertise and audience understanding to help clients design, develop, review and evaluate their strategies, programmes and products.
Clients rely on us as a valued source of knowledge and expertise on which they can draw to make decisions. This happens alongside our research and evaluation, or as discrete consultancy projects.
Measure and report impact
Our approach to evaluations is as varied as our clients. We measure impact on individuals, organisations and systems for both internal review and for publication. This can involve:
- year on year or one-off evaluations
- broad studies that capture the impact of multi-faceted programmes or a more focused approach to drill down on a single strand

Test a new strategy, programme or campaign
This takes many forms. Our research can help you to:
- review the policy landscape, assess needs and identify opportunities
- consult with your stakeholders – including teachers, students, customers, employees, members, policy makers… the list is endless
- support piloting, set up and longer-term implementation

Review an established product, service or programme
Once you’re up and running, our research and insight can help you to:
- understand the experience of users or participants
- gauge impact – what works and how does it effect change
- inform programme development to widen or deepen engagement and maximise impact

Produce impactful reports and support dissemination
We produce clear, concise, engaging and insightful reports to inform your decision making, demonstrate impact, highlight good practice or monitor progress. We use a range of formats according to your needs – whether it’s a summary for an annual report, a Powerpoint presentation for a board meeting, or an accessible report for stakeholders.
Our work doesn’t stop when we hand over our report. We offer recommendations and support for the next steps, including developing strategies and feeding into communications. We can help you with your delivery too – whether you’re setting up health interventions or producing education resources – to ensure our findings make a real difference.
