Supporting online safety

Over the last few years we’ve been working with O2 and NSPCC to evaluate their partnership that works to keep children safe online. The partnership offers workshops and resources to help parents navigate the online world and to encourage conversations between parents and children and provides both online (net aware) and in-store support and guidance about social media, gaming and apps.

Our evaluation has included online, telephone and face-to-face research with families to understand the extent to which the O2 and NSPCC partnership builds knowledge and encourages open discussions in families. We’re delighted that some of the key findings have been reported this week in the local and national press.
