Natalia joined Chrysalis research in March 2016 from the Centre for the Use of Research and Evidence in Education (CUREE) where she led on research and evaluation specification, design and delivery and worked on a large number of projects for public and private sector clients and charitable organisations. Natalia brings in-depth expertise and understanding of the education sector and learning in a variety of contexts and settings, from early years to further and higher education. She has successfully completed a number of arts education research and evaluation projects and has a particular interest in working in this area.
Having mainly worked on mixed methods research and evaluation projects throughout her professional career, Natalia is skilful at both qualitative and quantitative techniques, and is particularly strong at synthesising evidence captured through different methods so that it directly speaks to client questions and briefs.
Natalia started her career as a language teacher. She taught English to both children and adults for about three years, at the same time as carrying out research for her PhD. Her work experience also includes teacher training and course and programme design.
